Food technology workshop
Location: Food Science Laboratory (FSL) Complex Room 1 (FSL 1)
The food technology workshop host the Dairy, Fruits and vegetables, Cereal, and Meat processing sections. Students gain hands-on skills in converting various plant and animal raw materials into processed products.
