I am Joyce Wangeci Wanjiru currently working with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBs) in Biochemistry Department, as an Analyst in Food laboratory. I am an Alumni of Meru University of Science and Technology where I graduated with a Degree in Food Science and Nutrition, 2016. My knowledge in Food Analysis that involves the chemistry of Food, Nutrition, Molecular biology, Food analysis instrumentation, Food safety and Security is determined by the best training and facilities that are offered in MUST that includes the laboratory Analysts that has the knowledge and technics to deliver, a modern Library that has the relevant resources, the well and modern equipped laboratories that offered me the facilities to learn effectively. My academic ladder was well founded through this institution and also the very able Lecturers that took me through my four years course really helped me to make the best choices that enabled me to succeed in addition to hardwork. Meru University is a home that I am so proud of. Thanks to the entire Community of this institution that so far has produced graduates of substance in the World’s market that is so competitive.
